What a great day for an estate sale!

I love the people of Neponsit!
They have to be the most easy going and friendliest people in all of Queens! It must have something to do with living at the beach and all the fresh salt air.

They came in droves today, buying almost everything in this huge 3 bedroom home. It was packed with 1960's furnishings at opening but most locals returned to buy more items throughout the day and cleaning us out. We easily had over 400 people shop with us today, selling 1000’s of items in this charming home by the beach.
Both Tom and I were so happy to see so many of the same faces from the previous sale we organized in Neponsit back in June, as well as all our dedicated followers. Without wonderful people like you Lucky Rabbit Estate Sales would not be as successful as it is! Thank you to all our friends and supporters!

At the end of the day it was a great sale for all including the home owner. We didn't meet their expectations, we exceeded them.
