After many years of being on the other side of the door of tag sales (as a dealer) I have new appreciation for most of the tag sale companies I use to frequent. Most people don’t realize how hard we actually work to make any sale successful. Judging from my expiereince I can honselty say that my partner and I work harder than most estate sale companies in today’s market place.

My main goal was to offer professional services with a modern, fresh approach to selling and promoting sales. We offer a boutique style service, treating every client and customer with dignity. We create a business and media plan for all the individual tag & estate sales we do. Our media campagins attract an average of 450 to 600 people at all of our sales and have a 90% household sales rate.

I spent 15 years in the commercial real estate field negotiating millions of dollars in commercial leasees and sales. That experience has well prepared me to negotiate with the shrewdest of buyers that will attend your sale, resulting in top dollar for your items.
