Larchmont Clean-Out Sale & Charity Drive

We will be kicking off 3 very important charitable drives at the upcoming clean out sale in Larchmont.

Lucky Rabbit Estate Sales Charitable Events

Please give from your heart. It doesn't take much if you have it!

If you are in need we will be happy to help you any way we can.

 1. The Christmas Toy Drive: Please bring a new unwrapped toy for a boy or a girl to any of our sales. These toys will be handed out to sick children spending the Christmas holiday in local hospitals.

 2. Food Drive: We accept unexpired canned and dry goods at all of our sales. These items are donated to local food pantries that desperately need the donations.

 3. Winter Coat Drive: After watching the documentary about Father Mychal Judge, the FDNY Chaplin who was killed on 9/11, we have decided to try and pick up where he left off. I use the word “try” because he was a huge humanitarian force and outspoken advocate for the homeless and people suffering with aids and alcohol addiction. Few people can duplicate his spirit of giving but we’re going to try. We need winters coats in all sizes for men, women and children. Please make sure they are in clean wearable condition. The coats will be given out directly to the homeless by Lucky Rabbit Estate Sales staffers in and around New York.

Neponsit Estate Sale

Neponsit Estate Sale

9/16/2012

What a great day for an estate sale!
We couldn’t have asked God for a better day.

I love the people of Neponsit!
They have to be the most easy going and friendliest people in all of Queens! It must have something to do with living at the beach and all the fresh salt air.

They came in droves today, buying almost everything in this huge 3 bedroom home. It was packed with 1960's furnishings at opening but most locals returned to buy more items throughout the day and cleaning us out. We easily had over 400 people shop with us today, selling 1000’s of items in this charming home by the beach.

Both Tom and I were so happy to see so many of the same faces from the previous sale we organized in Neponsit back in June, as well as all our dedicated followers. Without wonderful people like you Lucky Rabbit Estate Sales would not be as successful as it is! Thank you to all our friends and supporters!

A special thanks to Judy Torre who made this sale possible. Thank's for all your help. We look forward to working with you again in the future. http://seniorserviceassistants.com/Home_Page.html

Bryan Reif and his cute side kick Bella from www.Lisaler.com came by to raise the flag and take some awesome pictures! As always we appreciate his time and support.

Thank you so much to Lynn for making that incredible lunch for all of us. You’re awesome!

It was a lot of hard work for us and all of our staff, but this really was a particularly fun sale. It’s easy to have fun when you truly enjoy what you do.

At the end of the day it was a great sale for all including the home owner. We didn't meet their expectations, we exceeded them.

The wonderful people of this quaint little beach town will make it great!

We had such a good time meeting them all during our last estate sale back in June. We hope to see them all once again. So bring a towel and hit the beach before or after the sale. Its going to be a beautiful day.

We have tons of great items at this sale!

Lots of costume and sterling silver jewelry, Asian artifacts, signed artwork, paintings, posters & lithographs, tons of bric a brac, designer clothing, (many new with tags) handbags, some great mid-century furniture pieces, china, crystal, household items, packed basement and so much more!
